New York City-based insurance broker and consultant NFP said ithas adopted a new logo and redesigned its website. 

Impact Forecasting, Chicago-based Aon Benfield's catastrophe model development business, said its latest earthquake data has been added to ThinkHazard, an online tool produced by the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery.

Foster City, Calif.-based insurance software developer Guidewire Software Inc. said it will release its third-quarter fiscal 2016 financial results for the period ended April 30 after market close on June 1. 

East Windsor, Conn.-based Insuritas said it will begin offering insurance polices through Lathrup Village, Mich.-based Michigan First Federal Credit Union

Zurich-based Property & Casualty insurer Chubb Ltd. said it is now offering its Passport 360 travel and accident insurance for customers in the United States. Chubbalso said it now offering liability coverage for family offices, which are created by high-net-worth families to preserve and transfer their wealth. 

Wilkes-Barre, Pa.-based specialty insurer Chubb Agribusiness said it has added product withdrawal coverage to its package policy for businesses that grow, manufacture and distribute consumable products. 

Dublin-based insurance and reinsurance giant XL Catlin and Itasca, Ill.-based insurance brokerage and risk management services company Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said they have entered into an underwriting agreement to offer an insurance program for young and new art collectors in New York City that covers fine art, jewelry, wine, cyber theft and identity fraud.

San Diego, Calif.-based claims management software company Mitchell International said it has released the latest version of its RepairCenter Mobile app.

Alexandria, Va.-based Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America said it has awarded its Jeff Yates Lifetime Achievement Award to Bill Wilson, CPCU, ARM, AIM, AAM. He is IIABA's associate vice president of education and research, and director of its Virtual University director. The Yates award is the highest honor the association bestows on a non-agent for a lifetime of work in the independent agency system.

Valhalla, N.Y.-based insurance brokerage and consulting company USI Insurance Services said it has acquired Terre Haute, Ind.-based property-casualty, employee benefits and personal risk services provider Forest Sherer Insurance, Inc. from First Financial Corp. Terms were not disclosed, but Forest Sherer's employees will remain at their current Terre Haute and Evansville, Ind., locations.

Jacksonville, Fla.-based national property and casualty insurance retailer Brightway Insurance said it has added eight new agency owners:
