London-based brokerage and financial advisory company Willis Towers Watson said it has appointed Stacy D. Brown president and CEO of Willis Programs, the company's program administration business.
He replaces David Hampson, who retired earlier this year.
Brown comes to the position from Freberg Environmental Insurance, a subsidiary of Willis Towers Watson, where he is president and managing partner. Brown will continue to hold that position for the near future, the company said. He joined Freberg in 1998.
Brown will be based in Denver and report to Tom Coughlin, national partner.
"We are thrilled to have Stacy lead our program business and build on the success we have established in the marketplace. He brings tremendous credibility and deep industry experience to this role," Coughlin said in a statement.
Willis Programs provides underwriting, claim management and loss-control services. It is headquartered in Portsmouth, N.H.
