The Ron Judd “Heart of RIMS” Award was presented to Robin Joines, senior vice president of risk management for Sedgwick and active member of RIMS' Memphis Chapter. Individuals are nominated by chapters for outstanding performance in furthering risk management at the chapter level.

Both awardees were recognized for demonstrating exceptional initiative, volunteerism, professional development, achievement and leadership potential.
