New York City-based global risk and reinsurance specialist Guy Carpenter & Co., a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan Cos., announced the release of GC AdvantagePoint, a portfolio and risk management platform. The company says GC AdvantagePoint is designed to help insurance companies translate vast amounts of data to help leaders set strategy and improve underwriting profitability, understand risk concentration and make more-informed risk selection and deliver real-time catastrophe tracking and improved claims management.
Needham, Mass.-based software and services provider Enservio Inc. said it has introduced a new option for its ContentsExpress contents management solution that equips claims professionals with a fraud detection capability that identifies and scores fraudulent claim items during recording and processing.
