London-based Willis Group Holdings plc has appointed John Baudouin CEO of its retail business in Mexico. He will focus on driving Willis's regional strategic vision and expand on the April acquisition of Guadalajara, Mexico-based Carsa Consultores. A 32-year indusry veteran, Baudouin most recently served as CEO of Colemont Retail Brokers.
Nashville-based claims administrator Alternative Service Concepts (ASC) has promoted Anthony Grande claims manager. He is based in ASC's Orlando, Fla., office. Grande joined ASC in 2009 as a claims supervisor.
Bermunda-based insurance and reinsurance company Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. has appointed David Cohen president and chief underwriting officer of its insurance segment, Aspen Insurance. Cohen joins from New York City-based Liberty International Underwriters, where he was president of Liberty's U.S. division and global casualty chief underwriting officer.
Boston-based insurance broker Risk Strategies Co. has named Bob Courtemanche as a senior managing director and a national practice leader for its private client group. He joins from Basking Ridge, N.J.-based ACE Private Risk Services, where he was chairman. Courtemanche also is a founding board member of the Private Risk Management Association and chairmain of that group's Education Committee.
London-based adjusting and claims management company Cunningham Lindsey appointed Randy Gray as senior vice president and head of loss adjusting services. He has 30 years of claims operations management experience, including leadership of regional claim services, catastrophe operations and centralized services.
Brentwood, Tenn.-based Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. has promoted Nick Saldana to claims representative I in its Tennessee Claims Department. He joined the company in October 2013 as a claims assistant with the occupational accident team and was promoted in May 2015 to claims examiner II in the Tennessee Claims Department.
Little Rock, Ark.-based environmental consulting company CTEH said it has added two consultants to its team: Sergio Pallavicini and Hank Garcia. Both will handle incident management services. Pallavicini has 10 years of experience in emergency response planning, training, and drill/incident response. Garcia's background includes private consulting and 22 years with ExxonMobil serving in a variety of positions in public affairs and in emergency preparedness and response.
Schaumberg, Ill.-based Assurance announced the addition of Matt Goines as account executive in its employee benefits division. Prior joining to Assurance, he was an account executive with a primary focus on customer service. Goines will work out of Assurance's Chicago office.
