Industry veteran Brian Morgan joined Integro as the operations leader for the Atlanta office.
Lancer Insurance Co. promoted Timm J. Flannigan to assistant vice president of claims. Based in Vancouver, Wash., Flannigan is responsible for the management of the company's Western Division passenger transportation claims operations. He will also continue to oversee the region's Loss Recovery Program, major case management and other marketing and claims initiatives.

EagleView Technology Corp. announced the formation of its Property Drone Consortium. Chaired by EagleView CEO Chris Barrow, the consortium represents a collaboration among insurance carriers, construction industry leaders and supporting enterprises that have agreed to work together to promote research, development and the establishment of regulations for the use of Unmanned Aerial System technology across the insurance and construction industries.

USI Insurance Services announced its acquisition of the St. Louis, Mo., operation, Holmes Murphy. The business and its employees will join USI's St. Louis office.
Victor O. Schinnerer & Co. agreed to acquire SeaFire Insurance Services, a Kansas-based managing general underwriter, providing P&C solutions for the auto dealership and auto repair market.

Beacon Hill Associates Inc.'s Denver, Colo. office moved to a new location to better service its agents in the region. The new office will accommodate the internal growth in both the brokerage and underwriting divisions of the company. The new address is 6455 S. Yosemite Street, Suite 960, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
PHLY received a Green Power Leadership Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for buying green power and reducing carbon pollution. PHLY is the only company in the insurance industry to receive the honor.
