The Workers' Compensation Institute's annual Workers' Compensation Educational Conference (WCEC), to be held Aug. 17-20 at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Florida, will include a two-day breakout for risk managers, addressing several workers' comp-related challenges critical to their mitigation programs.

Litigation Management is a key component of any effective claims and risk management program. The panel will identify the considerations that influence their litigation-management program, desired results through litigation management, and the metrics and measures used to assess the effectiveness of their programs.
