Entries are now being accepted for National Underwriter's Excellence in Workers' Compensation Risk Management Award, which honors organizations with outstanding loss control, safety and return-to-work programs. If you have a unique risk management approach or success story in how to better handle workers' comp costs and exposures, we encourage you to enter.

The award is presented in conjunction with the Workers' Compensation Institute. An entrant must be a risk manager or someone who works in a risk management department of a U.S. company, responsible at least in part for the firm's workers' comp program. The three winners selected will be featured in exclusive profiles in the August 2014 issue of National Underwriter Property & Casualty and on PropertyCasualty360.com.

The winners also will receive round-trip airfare to the leading event for Workers' Comp professional: the Workers' Compensation Educational Conference, on Aug. 17-20, 2014 in Orlando, Fla.—where we will present the award statuettes—and two nights' hotel accommodations. Learn more about the event by visiting www.wci360.com/conference.

There, the winners will have the opportunity to discuss their award-winning programs during a roundtable at the Workers' Compensation Educational Conference (with highlights appearing in National Underwriter Property & Casualty's October 2014 issue and on PC360.com).

The award is sponsored by Helmsman Management Services, a third-party administrator offering claims management, managed care, and risk control solutions for businesses with 1,000 employees or more.

The deadline for entries is June 6. To enter, visit the awards page here.
