Symbility Solutions and Librestream Technologies have entered into a partnership to offer live video support to field adjusters.
Symbility's property claims workflow management system Claims Connect, and its smartphone and tablet-enabled application Mobile Claims, will now be integrated with Librestream Technologies' video collaboration software Onsight Connect.

The collaboration encourages customer self-service and provides live video support to field adjusters. Using Onsight, the desk adjuster captures details of the damaged property, visually documents it and processes the claim, without leaving the office. The live collaboration between smartphones, tablets and desktop steamlines the estimate cycle.
