PC360 News Editor Chad Hemenway sits down with Tommy Muska, mayor of West, Texas—a city rocked on April 17 by a massive explosion at the West Fertilizer Co., which destroyed 140 homes, an apartment complex, a nursing home, schools and municipal infrastructure. Muska, whose home was badly damaged by the blast, is also an insurance agent and volunteer firefighter.
Just days after the bombings at the Boston Marathon and weeks before the start of terrible string of destructive tornadoes, much of the small, farming community remains in shambles and continues to restore and rebuild.
