Tyler Banks has been named National Practice Leader and CEO of Willis Personal Lines, filling a post made vacany by Sandra Bravo, who retired.
Willis North America, a unit of Willis Group Holdings, says Banks joined Willis in 2012 as Western Region Leader from Marsh Private Client Services. He will will focus on driving growth across the platform.
Willis' Personal Lines Practice is an industry leader in personal insurance, providing world-class personal risk solutions and placement services to individuals and families with complex risks. The Practice includes approximately 250 private client and personal insurance professionals located across the United States and Canada.
Additionally, Kim Connell has been appointed to teh newly-created role of COO of Willis Personal Lines. Connell also joined Willis in 2012 as vice president within Willis Personal Lines. She has more than 30 years of experience. Prior to Willis Connell served as senior director of personal insurance marketing for Fireman's Fund.
Rounding out the Willis Personal Lines leadership team are Max Gilman, West Region Leader, and Mike Smerkanich, East Region Leader. Each brings over 25 years of experience to the role.
