Celina Insurance Group has reached a long-term services agreement with EagleEye Analytics in which EagleEye will provide its predictive analytics solutions suite Talon, in addition to Real-Time Scoring Services, to Celina Insurance. The insurer plans to leverage the firm's solutions, expanding its predictive analytics capabilities to include real-time predictive analytics insights into its management reporting and decision support systems. In addition, Celina Insurance plans to utilize EagleEye's Talon Management Studio, a set of management tools and dashboards to monitor the output of predictive analytics results.
John Hancock customers now can have policy changes completed, e-signed, and e-submitted through the use of PolicyHS from iPipeline. With PolicyHS, John Hancock customers are able to complete policy changes online via intuitive wizard screens. Initially, the address change, beneficiary change, name change, and pre-authorized payment plan forms are available for online submission, with others soon to follow.
The Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company and Guidewire Software, Inc. announce that Wawanesa has selected Guidewire PolicyCenter as its new underwriting and policy administration solution and Guidewire BillingCenter to manage its billing operations. Wawanesa also has plans to use three Guidewire add-on modules: Guidewire Rating Management, Guidewire Reinsurance Management, and Guidewire Client Data Management. Wawanesa successfully deployed Guidewire ClaimCenter in 2011.
