Willis North America, a unit of global insurance broker Willis Group Holdings, announces several appointments to its Strategic Outcomes and Construction practices.
John Nissley has been appointed practice leader for Willis' Construction Practice in Pittsburgh. Nissley previously served as vice president and Construction Practice Leader for the Mid Atlantic and Great Lakes Regions at Zurich Financial Services Ltd.
Ron Phillips and Bryant Steele have been appointed vice presidents for Willis Construction Practice, focusing on business development in the Midwest region. Both Aon Corp. veterans, Phillips was vice president of business development for the Construction Team while Steele previously served as an account executive.
Paul J. Becker has been named senior claims consultant, Willis Strategic Outcomes Practice. Based in Dallas, Becker previously served as a senior consultant at American Contractors Insurance Group.
Brian Sena has been appointed an account executive for Willis Construction Practice. Previously, he served as vice president for Wells Fargo Insurance Services.
Joel Cannon has been appointed Surety Manager for Willis' Construction practice in the Gulf Region. Cannon previously was a contract surety underwriter at The Hartford.
Patrick Conroy has been appointed senior vice president, Risk Control. Conroy most recently served as program director for the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
