Research and consulting firm Strategy Meets Action is conducting a survey of the insurance industry on the subject: Reducing Paper in the Digital Age: New Competitive Advantages for Insurers. Tech Decisions magazine is partnering with SMA on the survey.
Mark Breading, partner with SMA, is seeking input from carriers, reinsurers, agents, brokers, and MGAs to participate.
"Your input and opinions are critical to the accuracy and success of this study," said Breading.
Participants will be entered into a drawing for $100 American Express gift cards, with ten winners being selected.
Breading reports the study will address the following areas:
- The opportunities for business value for insurers, in both improved document management and enhanced customer communications
- The usage of paper and electronic documents and correspondence throughout the enterprise
- The implications for insurer workflows and business objectives
Results will be shared on a Tech Decisions' Webinar scheduled for Thursday, November 17. SMA will publish a whitepaper that examines the results, which will also be available through the study sponsors and the Tech Decisions Website, PropertyCasualty360.com. Winners of the gift cards will be announced during the Webinar.
