Wells Fargo Insurance Services says it has acquires ISU Stetson-Beemer of Reno, Nev., while MOC Insurance Services says it has acquired San Francisco Insurance Center.
ISU Stetson-Beemer Insurance is a commercial property and casualty and employee-benefits insurance brokerage and consulting firm. The acquisition closed on Sept. 1. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Richard Schield, president of Stetson-Beemer, and his team of approximately 24 employees will join Wells Fargo Insurance Services' Reno office.
MOC Insurance Services provides risk management and employee benefits consulting services within specialized industries across the U.S.
The combined firms, MOC and SFIC, create an organization of 65 professional employees servicing business and personal clients nationwide with total annual premiums exceeding $100 million.
