In response to market demand and the challenges faced by vendors in the insurance software marketplace, ITS Data Services has created two new service offerings.
The first offering, a sales process and target market consulting service, is anchored by Mardee Brosh, a veteran of the insurance software industry.
In this service, ITS consultants will assist software vendors in refining their market segmentation and prospecting, improving deal qualification, coaching sales, increasing win ratios, and improving overall sales effectiveness by implementing sales automation and better processes.
Combined with ITS existing product development and line of business expertise, we believe this new service will really help our clients position themselves in the marketplace to win more deals.

The second offering is a service targeted at foreign insurance software companies entering the U.S. market. Established vendors in foreign markets have to adapt their systems and implementation methodologies to be successful in the US insurance marketplace.
ITS can help by performing a product gap analysis, advising on best practices, and providing U.S.-based project managers and business analysts to support a vendor's offshore implementation team.
