OneShield, Brovada Technologies Form Strategic Partnership

OneShield, Inc., the developer of OneShield Dragon, a policy management solution, announces a strategic partnership with Brovada Technologies, which enable the integration of their insurance-focused products. The partnership will allow North American insurers to leverage Brovada's portal alternative solutions to drive straight-through processing for real-time transactions with Dragon's policy management capabilities.

OneShield Dragon is a tools-based, data-driven insurance underwriting, policy administration, rating and workflow system for personal, commercial, and specialty lines of business.

Brovada's NexExchange portal alternative is a company-side software solution that provides a Web-service interface to a carrier's policy administration system. NexExchange can be implemented either as a portal alternative or be used to provide portal automation. In either case, brokers and agents benefit by not having to re-key information they have already inputted into their agency management system. Brovada also has experience integrating to legacy systems and leverages the NexExchange conversion module to assist with data cleansing, conversion, and migration for policy replacement initiatives.
