Vantage Agora, a provider of back-office support services and custom IT solutions, announced the launch of a new custom mobile app mAgent (Mobile Agent) as part of its offering to the insurance industry.
mAgent is a set of mobile applications that enables insurance companies to take advantage of mobile platforms. The app includes policy lookup, billing and first notice of loss claims submission functionality. mAgent is designed specifically for iPhone, iPad, Android phones, and Blackberry devices.
"Mobile platforms have further personalized the way we access information. It is no longer a choice but imperative for businesses to be seen, heard and connected to its customers digitally," said Mike Fieseler, VP of Business Development at Vantage Agora.
Vantage Agora recently added mobile apps and custom mobile app development to its portfolio to help its clients further improve their operational efficiency. During the past year, Vantage Agora has been working closely with its insurance clients to see how app technology can be used to help their customers.
