Liberty Mutual Group announced the creation of a new Information Technology Development Center in Boston and the start of hiring 100 new full-time employees to staff the operation.
The new IT positions are a mixture of entry level and experienced roles for software developers, project managers, and architects who will work with both mainstream and innovative technologies, including Web and mobile development, and cloud computing.
Information is available on the Liberty Mutual Group IT Careers Web site for individuals interested in learning more about job opportunities in the new IT Development Center and applying for positions.

Liberty Mutual presently has IT Development Centers in Dover and Portsmouth, New Hampshire; Indianapolis; and Seattle.
In October 2010, Liberty Mutual broke ground on a 22-story, 590,000 square-foot office building as the company expands its global headquarters located in Boston.
