Arbitration Forums, a provider of arbitration and subrogation services, said its web-based communication, document and claim management system will be available in all 50 states in 2011.

The service, E-Subro Hub, allows participants in the subrogation process "to more efficiently process their subrogation demands and responses and provides performance data." It is currently available in 23 states and the District of Columbia.

W. Russ Smith, president and CEO of AF, said, "E-Subro Hub has demonstrated to participating carriers and self-insureds that it can manage their subrogation workflow more effectively, reduce subrogation-related expenses and lower cycle times."

Mr. Smith said E-Subro Hub will ultimately provide data integration, subro-netting, electronic payment and electronic adjusting services to users.
