Greg Case, president and chief executive officer of the insurance brokerage firm Aon Corp., will be this year's chairman of the annual Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation benefit dinner to be held in New York on Dec. 8.
This year's event at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel will feature presentations by former major league baseball great Ken Griffey Jr. and former National Hockey League star Mark Messier.
The IICF will also present Maurice R. "Hank" Greenberg, chairman and chief executive officer of insurer C.V. Starr & Company, with the Double I award for his influence and impact on the community and industry.

Established in 1994, the IICF, an insurance industry charitable foundation, seeks to help communities and enrich lives by providing grants, volunteer service and leadership. Since its inception, the foundation has contributed more than $20 million and 120,000 volunteer hours to hundreds of community nonprofit organizations.
