The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of New Jersey will hold its 117th Annual Business Meeting & Networking Event at Dolce Seaview Resorts in Galloway, N.J., just outside of Atlantic City, Sept. 12-14.

The opening night networking reception will take place Sunday evening at the Noyes Museum of Art in Oceanville. On Monday, New Jersey Insurance Commissioner Thomas B. Considine will address attendees during the annual business meeting.

Also on the schedule are three continuing education sessions taught by Chris Amrhein, of Amrhein Associates.

The sessions include: "Street Level Ethics," "Virtual University Top Ten Countdown: Coverage Answers, Evaluations, and Revelations," and "Roadmap to the Generations–Plotting Your Path Through the Millennial Minefield."

The event will conclude Monday evening with the Chairman's Ball where IIABNJ will install the new officers for the 2010-2011 year.

Ronald Gansfuss of Gansfuss Agency in Clinton, N.J., will begin his term as IIABNJ chairman.

Louis Sofianakos of AAA N.J. Insurance Agency in Florham Park, N.J., will serve as chairman-elect.

Roger A. Leonard Jr. of the Leonard-O'Neill Group in Gibbsboro, N.J., will assume the role of vice chairman.

L. Scott Stanford, of Britton Selg Stanford in Roselle Park, N.J., will continue his role as national director.

Terry M. Ryan of Hanson & Ryan in Totowa, N.J., will serve as past-chairman.
