New York-based insurance brokerage Integro announced it has completed a merger with Nashville, Tenn.-based Frost Specialty, LLC, an insurance agency specializing in the music industry.

Integro said Robert Frost will maintain his position as president of Frost Specialty but will also become a managing principal of Integro.

Mr. Frost will lead Integro's Nashville office.

"[Integro] is a firm that shares our values regarding outstanding client service, professionalism and providing cutting-edge, innovative solutions," Mr. Frost said in a statement.

Frost Specialty, founded in 1980, manages the risk of entertainment through exclusive and specialized programs tailored to performing artists, musicians and songwriters.

Clients and services include the Country & Christian touring artists program, a group Copyright Infringement program and a Musical Instrument program.

The Frost agency also handles personal insurance needs of clients in the entertainment and sports industries.

"We are confident this combination will create an unbeatable solution for entertainment industry clients," said Peter Garvey, Integro president and chief executive officer, in a statement.
