Arbitration Forums, a provider of arbitration and subrogation services, is expanding its web-based communication, document and claim management system to eight new states next month.
The service, E-Subro Hub, will be available in 20 states after the August 2 expansion into New York, Texas, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Vermont.
Tampa, Fla.-based AF said E-Subro Hub allows participants in the subrogation process "to more efficiently process their subrogation demands and responses and provides performance data."
W. Russ Smith, AF president and CEO, said, "E-Subro Hub lets carriers and self-insureds manage their subrogation workflow more effectively, reducing subrogation-related expenses and thereby lowering cycle times."
AF said it will also introduce a new enhancement to the system on August 2, allowing users to identify if the company receiving its subrogation demand is participating in the E-Subro Hub system and is active in a particular state.
