Some highlights of the Landlord Platinum Package include:

- Landlord personal injury endorsement
- Other structures – additional amount of insurance
- Policy provisions affecting coverage when vacant have been extended to 90 days
- Platinum endorsement

- Fire department service charge revised to $1,500
- Newly acquired properties
- Fire extinguisher recharge
Landlords who choose the Platinum Package will receive an 8 percent discount on the premiums for dwelling and personal property.
