Terry Reams was named the chief operating officer of St. Louis-based insurance and risk services agency WFL, one of four appointments the firm recently announced.
Mr. Reams, who fills the COO position that has been open for some months, has 25 years experience in employee benefits, operational and risk management consulting, most recently as president of employee benefits and chief operating officer at Flood & Peterson Insurance in Greeley, Colo.
Mark Latini, formerly vice president of Universal Business Insurance in St. George, Utah, was named surety practice leader.
Beth Grellner, who was director of key accounts for CBIZ, was named employee benefits practice leader.
Marc Langdon, who was most recently with GE Real Estate in St. Louis, joined WFL as sales executive.
