President Obama has a warning for health insurers: do not use the new health care law as an excuse to raise insurance rates.
The New York Times reports, "The White House is concerned that health insurers will blame the new law for increases in premiums that are intended to maximize profits rather than covering claims."
Administration officials said they want health insurers to work with the law, not against it.
