The Excess Line Association of New York (ELANY) has appointed Jasmin Chen Johnson as financial director.
She will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, review and monitoring of all New York eligible excess line insurers.
ELANY, created by New York statute in 1988, is a nonprofit industry advisory association charged with facilitating and encouraging compliance with the state's excess line law.
Ms. Johnson has over 15 years of experience in financial planning, operations, budgeting and financial reporting.
