Mutual Service Office Inc. announced it has partnered with Paul Davis Restoration Inc. cleanup services to provide emergency services mitigation and reconstruction.
The Glen Rock, N.J.-based property and casualty rating service bureau said the services would be available around the clock to its member insurance companies and select prospects. Financial details of the arrangement were not released.
Paul Davis, a national franchise firm, provides fire, water and mold damage cleanup and restoration services for residential and commercial properties.
Through this preferred vendor relationship arrangement, MSO said it will benefit from having a national restoration contractor network that has 40 years-plus of experience in restoring property damage due to fire, flood, wind, storm or other disaster.
"This agreement will give MSO member insurance companies and their policyholders access to an experienced organization known for quick response and quality work for all their disaster restoration needs," said Tracy Bachtell, senior vice president, Business Development for Paul Davis.
"We at Paul Davis are pleased with the agreement and look forward to working with the MSO organization," she added.
MSO said it is the oldest continuously operating property and casualty rating service bureau, providing product development and rating services to the insurance industry since 1944.
The company offers programs that are comprehensive and easy to use. MSO said its plain language programs save companies money "by clearly excluding coverage for claims that were never intended to be paid. Consistency of policy wording between the programs also makes claims handling easier."
