The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of New Jersey is asking for volunteers for this years Trusted Choice Big "I" National Golf Championship.
The annual junior amateur event, hosted by Trusted Choice, the independent agent's branding campaign for the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, will be played this year at the Olde York Country Club in Columbus, N.J., which hosted the event in 2003. The tournament will be played July 27 through July 30.
The tournament has been a right-of-passage for some of golf's future professional stars, seeing the likes of Tiger Woods, Phil Michelson, Craig Stadler, Fuzzy Zoeller, David Duval, Hale Irwin, Justin Leonard, Bobby Clampett, Cristie Kerr, Grace Park, Casey Martin, Bob Tway and Bill Andrade.
The IIABNJ is seeking between 80 and 100 volunteers each day of the event, especially on Tuesday and Wednesday. Volunteers are needed for registration, scoring, spotting, refreshments and other tasks connected to the event.
