Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced the acquisition of Winn & Co. Insurance Brokers, Inc. in Hollister, California. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The Itasca, Ill.,-based brokerage said Winn & Co. is a retail insurance brokerage offering risk management, commercial property and casualty, benefits and personal insurance services.
Winn, specializes in insurance programs for the construction, agricultural and food processing industries. It services clients through multi-state and foreign programs. The company was established in 1910,
Donald Winn, principal, and his 20 employees, will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of James McFarlane, West coast regional manager of Gallagher's retail property and casualty brokerage operations.
