A public rate hearing on ACA Home Insurance Corporation's request for an average statewide rate level increase of 20.5 percent for its homeowners' policyholders is set for Tuesday, March 2, at 9:00 a.m. in the Larson Building, Tallahassee. If approved by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation in whole or part, the change would be effective April 8 for new and renewal business.
