Two major insurance brokers said they will pay quarterly dividends to shareholders.
New York–based Marsh & McLennan Companies, the parent company of insurance broker Marsh and reinsurance broker Guy Carpenter said it would pay a dividend of 20 cents a share on its outstanding common stock on Feb. 16 payable to shareholders of record as of Jan. 29.
Daytona Beach, Fla.–based Brown & Brown said it would pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of 7.75 cents a share on Feb. 17 to Feb. 3shareholders of record.
