Zenith National Insurance Corp. has hired Janet Frank an executive vice- president, and as president and COO of the company's principal operating subsidiary, Zenith Insurance.
Frank served most recently as president and CEO of the California State Compensation Insurance Fund from October 2007 to October 2009. Prior to joining the fund, she was executive vice president of North American Field Operations for CNA Financial, where she was employed since 2001.
