San Diego-based Mitchell International Inc. said it has named Arthur J. "AJ" Long as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
The technology consulting company for the property and casualty claims and collision repair industries said Mr. Long will lead Mitchell's finance team and work with its executive leadership team to achieve the company's operational, financial and strategic goals.
Mr. Long held executive positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nextel and Sprint. Most recently, he served as vice president and CFO at FLO TV, a mobile broadcasting services subsidiary of Qualcomm Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Long was COO and CFO at Clockwork Home Services.
He fills the position that was left vacant in October 2007 when Alex Sun was named Mitchell's president and chief executive officer.
