The Professional Insurance Agents of Connecticut Inc. is seeking nominees for its 2010 Distinction of Professionalism Awards.
Deadline for submission is Feb. 17.
The annual honors include:
o Professional Agent of the Year for the agent who demonstrates excellence and achievement in insurance marketing and service, exhibits a personal commitment to professionalism, and contributes to PIACT and the local community.
o Company Person of the Year honors a person who embodies qualities which best foster sound working relationships between insurance agents and companies.
o Community Service Award for the agent who took on a leadership role in a significant activity for the betterment of the community and its individuals.
o Associate Member of the Year recognizes PIACT associate member that provides valuable products or services to professional insurance agents and brokers, and supports PIACT and the independent agency system.
The awards will be presented to the winners during PIACT's 2010 Annual Convention in Mashantucket, Conn. to be held March 15–16.
