The San Diego office of Lockton has added Bud Cole as vice president and senior consultant of the company's employee benefits practice. Cole will serve as a liaison between clients and the Lockton benefits team, responsible for managing client relationships and client services delivery.
Cole has more than 14 years of experience in the health care industry. Prior to joining Lockton, Cole served as a health and welfare consultant for Alliance Insurance Services and ABD Insurance Services where he had a role in the analysis and implementation of new strategies including care management, the development of performance networks, global benefits, targeted wellness and consumer driven approaches, and onsite health services.
Cole holds a bachelor 's degree in environmental studies from University of California, Santa Barbara.
