DMA Claims (David Morse & Associates), a Los Angeles-based claims administration and adjusting company announced it has opened a new office in Atlanta.
Rick Loden, president and chief executive officer of DMA Southeast and DMA's subsidiary Insurance Servicing and Adjusting Company (ISAC), said, "The vital piece of any expansion puzzle is the right person to manage the area and grow it - and that can take time. Fortunately, we were able to persuade Chris Burns to take on the challenge of this new office."
Mr. Burns, DMA Atlanta Branch Manager, started with DMA in 1992 in Los Angeles. In 2002 he took over the DMA's offices in South Carolina (Charleston and Florence), and the company said he will continue to manage these from Atlanta.
"DMA has always paid a lot of attention to the quality of work and the speed with which it gets done," Chris Burns said. "I am proud to bring that tradition to Atlanta."
