Brown & Brown Inc., Daytona Beach, has acquired the group employee benefits division of Roussel & Associates. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The division and its team, including Paul Roussel and Chris Hartnett, will relocate to Brown & Brown's office in Nashville, Tenn.
Roussel & Assocs., a financial services agency in Brentwood, Tenn., will continue to offer other financial products and services to individuals and businesses.
Brown & Brown provides a range of insurance and reinsurance products and services, as well as risk management, third party administration, managed health care, and Medicare set-aside services and programs.
