The National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies said it has promoted three members of its senior staff–Gregg Dykstra, Jimi Grande and Neil Alldredge.

Mr. Dykstra, who was senior vice president of Internal Operations for the past 12 years as well as general counsel and chief administrative officer, has been promoted to chief operating officer. Mr. Dykstra "has helped manage NAMIC's positive financial results during the past decade and is an expert on mutual insurance company governance," NAMIC said in a statement.

Mr. Grande, formerly NAMIC's vice president of Federal and Political Affairs, has been promoted to senior vice president of NAMIC's Washington, D.C.-based Federal and Political Affairs department. He has been with NAMIC since March 2007. NAMIC said Mr. Grande has been "largely responsible for NAMIC PAC's growth to nearly $400,000 last cycle, making it one of the fastest growing political action committees in America."

Mr. Alldredge, who was vice president of State and Policy Affairs, will now be senior vice president of that department. NAMIC said "[Mr. Alldredge] is the architect of NAMIC's state trade association advocacy strategy and recognized expert on insurance scoring."

The association noted that the promotions of Mr. Grande and Mr. Alldredge coincide with the retirement of Carl Parks, NAMIC's senior vice president of Government Affairs.
