The Professional Insurance Agents of New Jersey Inc. selected William R. Vowteras president of the association during its recent joint business meeting of the PIANJ and PIA New York in Atlantic City, N.J.
Mr. Vowteras is the owner of Fraser Brothers Group LLC in Edison, N.J. He serves a one year term and follows in the footsteps of his father, William G. Vowteras who was president of the association from 1986 to 1987.
Other PIANJ officers named during the meeting to one year terms:
o Donna Cunningham, owner and president of ADP/Statewide Insurance Agencies Inc. in Cedar Knolls, N.J., was re-elected vice president.
o Keith Savino, partner and chief operating officer of WRG in Mahwah, N.J., was re-elected vice president.
o Anthony Bavaro, vice president of sales and marketing for Jamison Insurance Group in West Orange, N.J, was elected vice president.
o Thomas Henkler, president of Midlantic Agencies in Mahwah, N.J., was elected treasurer.
o Stephen Tague, principal of van den Heuvel & Fountain Inc., with offices in Branchville and Sparta, N.J., was elected secretary.
o Gary Rygiel, executive vice president of Liberty Insurance Associates in Millstone Township, N.J., will serve as immediate past president.
o Danielle Priori of ADP/Statewide Insurance Agencies Inc. in Cedar Knolls, N.J. was named president of the New Jersey Young Insurance Professionals.
