Chicago-based insurance broker Hub International Ltd. announced it has acquired Rettenmier Benefits Group Inc. of Everett, Wash., the second Washington state acquisition this month. Transaction terms were not released.
Hub said Rettenmier is an employee benefits consulting and insurance brokerage firm serving businesses and individuals in the Pacific Northwest since 1960.
The firm will join Hub Northwest and continue to operate from its current location.
Hub said the addition of this location expands Hub Northwest's presence to a new territory north of Seattle.
Late last week, Hub said it acquired Meier Insurance Agency of Bothell, Wash.
