This year's second annual award program, run in partnership with the ACORD LOMA Forum, honored the following trio of agencies:

o 2009 Champion: AH&T Insurance, Leesburg, Va.

o Honorable Mention: Daly Merritt, Wyandotte, Mich.

o Honorable Mention: RCM&D, Baltimore, Md.

The three winning agencies share the secrets of their success in individual profiles published in the May 18 edition of NU, with links to all three stories below.

Representatives of the winners also discussed "The Future Of Agency Technology," including the tech challenges facing independent agencies in today's tough economy, during a panel discussion at the Forum on May 19. Highlights appeared in the June 22 edition of NU, with a link below.
