Duck Creek Technologies, a provider of software and services for the insurance industry, announced the release of its new Duck Creek billing solution, a Web-based .NET system designed to support the end-to-end billing process for all lines of property/casualty insurance; streamline and automate the billing processes; and support customer relationship strategies.
Duck Creek Billing shares the same platform as Duck Creek's policy administration and rating solution. It can be purchased with Duck Creek Policy Administration Solution, as a standalone billing solution, or integrated into an insurer's existing legacy or third party system.
Duck Creek's Board Chairman, Doug Roller noted,
