A conference for insurance/financial marketing executives on "branding in the age of the social Web" will be held Sept. 28-30 in Chicago, the Springfield, Va.-based Aartrijk firm announced.
The insurance industry branding firm said registration for the event is available on its Web site at www.Aartrijk.com/brandcamp.
The conference at Hotel Sax is exclusively for brand decision-makers in insurance, financial services and member organizations, Aartrijk said.
Peter van Aartrijk, chief executive officer and managing director of the firm, said: "The marketing mix is changing for brand decision-makers. Technology is enabling consumers to change their relationships with the organizations and brands in their lives through the one-to-one and one-to-many relationships of social networking."

Aartrijk Brand Camp begins with a "Social Networking Social" Sept. 28, followed by an all-day session Sept. 29 and a half-day session the following day.
The event is designed to be interactive and hands-on, with sessions including search-engine optimization, social networking, Web positioning, blogging, mobile technology, "Gen Next," public relations, online advertising and design, the company said.
