A new firm that says it aims to help insurance agents and agency owners with a distinctive sales strategy that leads with workers' compensation announced it has commenced operations.
The WorkComp Advisory group in Palm Harbor, Fla., said its operation pairs Frank Pennachio, formerly with The Institute of WorkComp Professionals, with Susan Toussaint, president of Injury Management Partners.
Mr. Pennachio said, "While agents attend numerous conferences and classes on workers' compensation and sales, they often have trouble integrating new concepts into their offices. With Susan's excellent process development skills, we're able to help them execute new practices and reap a higher return on investment and greater rewards."
The WorkComp Advisory Group said it offers workshops, consulting services and training programs for both new and experienced producers.
Additionally, the firm provides back-office teams to streamline producer processes for greater efficiency. The new group explained its approach relies on a proprietary process involving analysis, aligning customer agreement, priority setting, execution of process improvements and evaluation.
Mr. Pennachio is the founder/president of WorkComp Partners in Bartow, Fla., which provides instruction for agents about selling and managing workers' compensation insurance programs.
Ms. Toussaint's Injury Management Partners company creates products and services that reduce the number, cost and duration of employee injuries.
