Xactware Solutions, Inc., a property claims management solutions provider, has rolled out its suite of products and services to the European market beginning with the UK in February. Insurers, loss adjusters, building contractors, and specialized service providers use Xactware's products to estimate and manage property claims.
"Real-time information on all aspects of a claim is always available, providing management with significantly more information and control," says James Grant, Xactware's UK sales manager. "That helps provide more accurate claims handling and better customer service."
The UK release is the culmination of years of work researching the needs of the UK and developing software solutions and services that meet those needs, according to Grant. Xactware opened an office in the UK more than a year ago to begin laying the groundwork for the February release.
The services provided by Xactware include an estimating package; a national price guide to all aspects of building repairs, including labor and materials; an Internet-based assignment network with alerts and notifications; a customizable library of real-time analytical reports; and a 24/7 support center.
