The Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America announced it will host its annual insurance carrier CEO panel to be held during its annual National Legislative Conference & Convention.
This year's panel will be moderated by Robert Rusbult, president and chief executive officer of the Alexandria, Va.-based IIABA.
The panel will consist of:
o Ramani Ayer, CEO of The Hartford
o Ted Kelly, CEO of Liberty Mutual
o Glenn Renwick, CEO of Progressive Insurance
o Bob Restrepo, CEO of State Auto
The meeting will take place May 1 at 3 p.m. during the association's general session. The session will also include a state of the association address by IIABA Chairman Brett Nilsson and a speech by "Freakonomics" author Stephen Dubner.
"The [IIABA] will host a panel of CEOs from some of the top insurance carriers in the country," said Mr. Rusbuldt. "We look forward to hearing insights from some of the top experts in the insurance industry on our all-star carrier panel."
The events will take place April 29 through May 1 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C.
