Syosset, N.Y.-based insurance brokerage Bradley & Parker announced it has acquired Profile Coverage Corp. and its affiliated companies, based in Ronkonkoma, N.Y. No financial terms were announced.
Bradley & Parker said Profile Coverage placed about $30 million in premium and is an all-lines insurance agency and brokerage offering risk management, commercial and personal property-casualty, life and health insurance services to its clients on Long Island and in the metropolitan New York area. The firm has been in business since 1964.
Profile Coverage will continue to operate in its current location and will become Bradley & Parker's Suffolk County office with 24 employees joining the firm. Steve Fuoco, a manger with Profile Coverage, was named vice president and branch manager. Lou Pellegrino, president of Profile Coverage, will remain as an executive consultant to Bradley & Parker.
Bradley & Parker, established in 1939, is an all-lines insurance agency and brokerage. According to its Web site, the firm places more than $50 million in insurance premium annually and has a customer base of over 8,000.
