Willis Group Holdings said today that Jos? Ot?vio Sampaio has been named chief executive officer for Willis Brazil.
He reports to Eugenio Paschoal, CEO, Willis Latin America and former CEO of Willis Brazil.
Mr. Ot?vio Sampaio joined Willis in 1989 as a risk surveyor, and in 1995 took over as general manager for Willis' Rio de Janeiro branch. In 1997, he was nominated statutory director for Willis Brazil, and then served as vice president for Willis Brazil. He was acting as interim CEO of Willis Brazil since Mr. Paschoal became regional CEO in 2007.
